Calling all health freaks! This is a cute little recipe that I created a few years ago, I used to whizz these cookies up in batches as they're quick and easy to make - they also last for a good few days! They're a great go-to snack for pre/post workout - especially if you're peckish and don't want anything too indulgent! Since going to university I don't really find the time or money to bake that often, so I haven't actually made them in yonks! This particular recipe is definitely up there as one of my favourite creations - they're super soft, yummy and healthy, and using fresh raspberries gives each one a real bite to it!
